We do not accept returns as all of our products are perishable and custom-made. However, we offer refunds if your product arrives damaged or defective. To request a refund, please provide a clear photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We deliver our freshly prepared chocolate-dipped strawberries to Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Orders are delivered the same day they are made to ensure maximum freshness and quality. While we do our best to deliver promptly, an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please allow a delivery window of 3 hours to accommodate traffic and weather conditions.
